The Role Advise domestic and international clients on private and public M&A, equity capital markets transactions and strategic corporate advisory matters. Support clients on corporate governance, ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act compliance and foreign investment regulation. Work closely with partners and a national Corporate/M&A team, contributing to transaction execution, client relationships and practice growth. About You You will ideally have 5 years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to M&A, ECM and corporate advisory work. You will bring strong commercial judgement, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively. You will enjoy mentoring junior lawyers, building client relationships and contributing proactively within a collaborative, high-performing team.
